The Show services incl. in fixed price function controls whether item lines marked as Included in fixed price on the service agreement are displayed in Invoicing.
When the function is enabled:
- The system displays all services marked as Included in fixed price as informational lines
- These services automatically receive the price 0.00, because they are already covered by the fixed price

Supervisors can only view customers, if these customers are within the supervisor's assigned customer areas. For more information regarding this, go to Company Structure.
This is how you use the filter
Set up the view. For more information about this, go to Sort view in Invoicing.
Find the Show services incl. in fixed price setting in the filters. Tick the checkbox to enable the function.
Click Update to display Invoicing based on the selected criteria.
When the function is active:
You can now view all services marked as Included in fixed price on the service agreements.
These lines are displayed with the price 0.00, because the amount is already included in the fixed price. This gives the customer a better overview of what is included in the fixed price.
Review Invoicing and check which services are included in fixed prices.
Check for example:
- Whether the correct services are marked as included in fixed price
- Whether this matches the agreement with the customer
- Whether the invoice presentation matches customer expectations
When the function is disabled:
Services included in fixed prices are not displayed in Invoicing. This may be relevant if you only want to view billable services.
NOTE:
If your fixed price is set to Per task or Per invoice with tasks, this setting may affect whether service agreements are shown and invoiced correctly.

Examples
Fixed monthly price
A customer pays a fixed monthly amount where Standard cleaning is included in the price.

EXAMPLE: On the service agreement, Standard cleaning is marked as Included in fixed price. With Show services incl. in fixed price enabled, Invoicing displays:

Fixed price per task
A customer is invoiced with a fixed price per task.

EXAMPLE:
Two of the tasks are marked as Included in fixed price, and one task is not. When this setting is enabled, the fixed price is triggered for all 3 tasks:

If the function is disabled:
1 task (Extra cleaning 15.00)× 200.00 = 215.00 is invoiced, because only one task is displayed.
The two tasks marked as Included in fixed price are hidden and are therefore not included in the calculation.
NOTE:
If the included services are hidden, the system cannot count all tasks correctly.
Therefore, Show services incl. in fixed price must be enabled when the fixed price is based on Per task and some services are marked as Included in fixed price.
Fixed price per invoice with tasks
A customer is invoiced with a fixed price per invoice with task.
This means the fixed price is only triggered if at least one task is shown in the selected period.

EXAMPLE:
The task is marked as Included in fixed price. The customer is invoiced:

With the function disabled:
The included services are hidden, causing the service agreement to appear as if no tasks exist, which prevents the fixed price from being triggered.
The service agreement appears empty and is therefore not shown in Invoicing.
NOTE:
A fixed price set to Per invoice with task is only triggered if at least one task is shown in Invoicing.
If the related services are marked as Included in fixed price the setting Show services incl. in fixed price must be enabled. Otherwise, the included tasks are hidden, and the fixed price will not be triggered.
As a result, the service agreement may appear empty and not be invoiced.
