Displaying completed reports - Administrator / Supervisor
Where are the completed reports displayed for the Administrator / Supervisor?
As Administrator, you have access to all completed reports for all customers.
Supervisors can see completed reports for the customers who are within the areas the supervisors are associated with under Company structure. For more information regarding this, go to Company Structure.
If you are looking for a specific report, you can filter the search. This article will guide you through the different options for filtering your search results.

How to find completed reports
You can change the order of reports by adjusting the sorting, or filter your search to make it more specific

How to filter your search

You can choose between the following 4 criteria:
- Customer
- Employee
- Area
- Employee group


Click on the dropdown menu next to Report type to pick the type you want to see


Click on the dropdown menu next to Report to select a specific report name


Click on the dropdown menu next to Filled out by (employee) and pick the employee you want to see (Sorting by customer contact is not possible)


Finally, click on Update to view the completed reports that match your sorting
