View check-ins and check-outs as an employee

How can I see my check-in and check-out times when I sign in with the employee user type?

When you are signed in to the web system with the user type employee, you can see all your registered check-ins and check-outs at the locations where you have been assigned to work. If you are looking for a specific check-in, you also have the option to filter the check-ins by date range.

 

NOTE:

The employee can only see their check-ins and check-outs if they have been granted access to the system.

How to sort your check-ins and check-outs

As an employee, you can set the period for which you would like to view your check-ins and check-outs

You can narrow down or broaden the time period by entering a start and end date

Click on Update to view the check-ins and check-outs that match your sorting

Information about the task
 

In the first column, click on Oplysninger (billeddokumentation).png to see information about the task

Depending on the status of the task, you will have different options for handling the tasks available
 

Option/information
Meaning
Show in calendar
This option leads you to where you can find the task in the calendar
Photo documentation
By clicking on this, you can see the images that you have attached to the task through the app
Delete
If you have started a task by reporting hours through the app at a workplace, you now have the option to delete it
The reported hours are pending approval
The time you have registered for a task through the app have not yet been approved by your administrator/supervisor
The task no longer exists in the system
The task has been removed from the system and you can no longer see information about it. The check-in will not be deleted

In this column, you can see the arrival and departure time for your check-ins and check-outs.
