Before you start working on your first quote, you can set up your account to gain a solid economical starting point. Go through these points to configure your user, your company contact information, master data for your operating costs, and set up your first customer in CleanCalculator:
Start your first quote:
Create your first quote basis, and configure the quote type and cleaning frequency:

Once you have created a quote basis, you can start the room registration.
Here, you can add rooms to your quote and adjust them:

You can add additional tasks and hours, supplements, transportation, rental of equipment, window cleaning, and other expenses to your quote basis.
Additionally, you can calculate and apply a rounded monthly remuneration and make other calculations:

Once your quote basis is completed, you can generate documents:
