Sending messages as an employee
How does an employee send an e-mail through CleanManager?
It is possible for employees to send e-mails through CleanManager to their manager's (administrator / supervisor) or the company's e-mail. It will only be possible to do this through the web version of CleanManager - this also requires that the employee has access to CleanManager.
NOTE:
For employees, it will only be possible to send an e-mail to service-managers, administrators and the registered company e-mail

How to send an e-mail
In the menu, click on Send message
Here, the employee will have the option to send an e-mail to supervisors, the administrator, and the company e-mail.

Choose a recipient
Select one or more recipients for the e-mail

Add a subject under Subject

Write the content of the e-mail.
The system will by default end the e-mail with “With kind regards” and The employee's name.


Select/Deselect, Send a copy to my own e-mail
Finish the process, by clicking on Send e-mail when the e-mail is ready.
