Sending a message from the employee list

How can I send a message from the employee list?

As an administrator and/or supervisor, it is possible to go directly to Send message through the employee directory. By doing this, the system will automatically select the employee as the recipient of the message to be sent. In Send message, it will then be possible to choose whether it should be an SMS or an E-mail.

 

NOTE:

If you want to send an SMS, the add-on module Text Messaging must be activated. The administrator will have the option to check if the module is activated by following the article: Add-on modules

How to send a message to an employee

In the menu, click on Employee > Employee list
 
Afterward, click on Send message to the employee Send_rapport.png
 

Here, the administrator/supervisor will be forwarded to the Send message menu item

The system automatically fills in the recipient of the message.
 

Here, the administrator/supervisor will have the option to send an e-mail or an SMS to the selected employee.

They will also have the option to add more recipients if needed.
