Release notes 16/07/2025 Choose scheduled/used time on service agreements/customers

Ability to set scheduled/used time at service agreement level

In this update, we have added the option to be able to set whether your customers should be invoiced on the basis of scheduled or used time on a service agreement level. This allows you to have different ways of invoicing your customers.

By being able to choose whether each customer should be invoiced on the basis of scheduled or used time, it is possible to achieve the desired way of invoicing individual customers.


 

What changes should you be aware of

New drop-down menu to select scheduled / used time in individual service agreements
