Enhanced flexibility with our new wage profiles
With our new feature, “wage profiles,” you can create as many hourly wage structures as you require and set the profiles to switch between different hourly wages after a certain time automatically.
This provides greater flexibility and control over your wage settings, allowing you to adjust them as needed.
Improved overview of wage hours and calculations
Thanks to the update, you are now able to see both the basis for the calculations of pre-planned tasks, as well as the actual wage calculations, including special supplements such as specific task supplements, which were not previously presented.
Additionally, we have improved the filtering options, making it easier to find what you require in the wage calculation.
Here is how the wages can look for an employee, where you can now see both the basis for the calculation as well as the final calculation.
What happens to my current wage setup?
Your current wage setup will remain unchanged. If you prefer not to utilize the new options, no action is required on your part. Your existing hourly rates will be converted to wage profiles and will function exactly as they did before.
The same applies to your transport time settings, which will be transferred to your wage profiles, allowing you to adjust them as needed.
The setting “Use the salary type from the cleaning type?” has been removed from the system
Instead, the cleaning types have also been updated. Now, you can directly add wage types to cleaning types if you wish to use that wage type during the wage export process.
