How do I add transportation time and distance to tasks in the app?
Transport can only be added to tasks through the CleanManager app if it has been enabled by the administrator in the settings of the web system. Read more about the specific setting here: Employees can register transport time through the app.
As an employee, you can add your information about transportation either when you start or end a task. If the fields for time and distance are blocked and already filled out, you cannot edit the data. This means that your administrator or supervisor has already added the information when they planned the task.

This is how you register transport on a task
Click on Start task

Start the task With or Without NFC tag

Click on Next

Insert Transport time and Transport distance
Then, click on Start task

You can also enter the transport data before you end the task.
If you delete your ongoing task, the transport data will be removed, and will not be restored even if you restart the task.
As the administrator or as a supervisor, you cannot see transport data on a started task. These become available to you as soon as the task is completed.
