How do I sort the view of the work hours overview?

Which settings can I use to sort the view of the work hours as the administrator/supervisor?

If you are signed in as the administrator or as a supervisor, you can sort the view by different settings. The administrator can view the work hours overview for all customers. 

The supervisor can view the work hours overview for customers in the customer areas they have been assigned. For more information regarding this, go to Company Structure.

How to find the work hours overview

In the menu, go to Work hours overview

How to sort the view

You can narrow down or broaden the time period by entering a start and an end date

Click on the dropdown menu next to Sort by to select your criteria
 

You can select between the following 3 criteria:

  • Customer
  • Employees
  • Area

Click on the dropdown menu next to Show and select a specific customer, employee, or area, depending on your setting in Sort by

 

 

NOTE:

A supervisor may not be able to view all the work hours for a specific employee if the employee also works with a customer, who is not included in the supervisor's assigned customer areas.

Enable or disable whether you want the following to be displayed:

  • View cancelled appointments
  • Calculate the difference
  • Show task transport time
  • Show task prices

In Filter cleaning types, you can specify if you want work hours shown for all cleaning types, or select which specific cleaning types you want to see the work hours for

 

 

NOTE:

If a new cleaning type is created, it will not automatically be selected in this filter, and you must select it manually the next time you go to your work hours overview.

Finally, click on Update to display the work hours that match your sorting
