How do I handle product requests?
How can I effectively manage my product requests?
As the administrator, you can see all product requests made by your supervisors and employees.
As a supervisor, you can see all product requests for the customers to which areas you have been assigned to. For more information regarding this, go to Company Structure.

This is how you find product requests
In the menu, go to Storage > Product requests

You can also access the requests through the Overview
Click on Product requests in the overview

This is how you filter product requests
It is possible to limit which product requests will be shown by clicking on Customer or Areas
By doing so, you can specify which Customer or Area you want to see the requests of

This is how you read a product request
The following information is included in a product request
Order no.
The order number changes every time a new product request is received. You will also receive further information regarding the customer and location.
Here you can see which employee has requested the product.
Here you can see when the request has been made.
If a comment was attached to the request, it will be shown here.
Will show the product number, the product, and the quantity ordered.

This is how you handle product requests
You can either approve or deny a product request

Click on Delete request
to deny the order request
OBS:
The request will be permanently deleted from the system.


Click on Handle request
to approve the request

Check if the product request is correct and if the products have been taken from the right storage
Approve the request by clicking on Transfer
