Hiding absence hour types
How do I hide absence hour types?
An absence hour type that has previously been used to register absence in the calendar cannot be deleted. However, if it should no longer be applicable for new absence, you can hide it in the system.
This way, the absence hour type will remain in the settings, but it can no longer be selected when registering absence.

This is how you hide absence hour types
In the menu, go to Settings > Absence
In the section Absence hour types, click on Hide in planning
next to the absence type you want to hide

Click on Accept to save your choice

The absence hour type will be crossed out and moved to the bottom of the list. It will no longer be an option when registering absence
To reactivate the absence type, click on Show in planning
