For which customer should it be possible for employees to check in manually without NFC tag and register arrival and/or departure time?

How do I set up that employees can check in manually at customers without NFC tags?

If you are using the NFC tags for check-in and check-out through the app, you are able to specify in which situations it should be possible to check in and out manually on the task:

All customers:

Use the setting “All customers” if your employees should be able to check in manually at customers even though there are NFC tags on the customer location.

 

Customers without NFC-tags:

Use this setting if it only should be possible to check in at a task with NFC-tags at customers who have NFC-tags set up.

Therefore, it will not be possible to check in manually at customer locations that have NFC tags.

(At the same time, it is possible to check in manually at all other customer locations which are not connected to an NFC tag).

 

No customers:

Use this setting if it never should be possible to start a task manually at any customer. This results in the only way of starting a task being through using the assigned NFC tag.

 


 

 

Choosing manual check-in options with customers

Choose in which situation it should be possible to check in and out manually at tasks.
