Filling out a report as an Administrator or a Supervisor

How do I fill out a report as an Administrator or a Supervisor?

If you are logged in as an administrator, you have the option to fill out all report templates for all customers.

If you are logged in as a supervisor, you have the option to fill out report templates for customers in the customer areas that you have been assigned to. For more information regarding this, go to Company Structure.

The report templates can differ in appearance and content depending on the choices you made regarding parameter groups and parameters when you created the template.

In most cases, you will have the option to rate parameters, attach images and add a comment to each parameter.

How to get started filling out a new report

In the menu, go to ReportsCompleted reports
 
Click on Fill out new report

Consider the following 4 things before you start:
 
  1. Customer: Select the relevant customer
  2. Location: Select the relevant location for the customer
  3. Template: Select the template that you need for this report
  4. Employee: Select the employee you want the report to be associated with, e.g. because of assessment of their work
 
Click on Start to begin filling out your report

How to rate a parameter

Next to a parameter, click on the dropdown menu and select the rating that you want
 

You can rate each parameter in a report

The type of rating depends on how you set up the report when you created it

You have three types of ratings: Dropdown, checkbox, and buttons

How to attach images

Click on Kamera_-_rapport.png in a parameter group

Click on Attach images and select your picture(s) 

 

Finally, press Save to add your pictures to the parameter group

How to add a comment

Click on a Comment field next to a parameter
 

The comment field is visible on templates that have been set to one parameter column. In this field, you can either add a free text or a predefined comment, depending on your settings

How to fill out a text field

Click on a Text field and add your text
 

These text fields make it possible to add comments that are not necessarily relevant to a given parameter, but which need to be added to the full report

How to sign the report

Click on a signature field at the bottom of the report
 
If signatures have been enabled in the template's settings, you will have the option here to either draw or enter one or more signatures

Drag the cursor or your finger (if it is a touchscreen) over the field to draw a signature

You can also enter your name in the text field

 

Click on OK to add your signature
