How do I create quotes for other types of cleaning in CleanCalculator?

Are you looking to create quotes for other types of cleaning jobs that differ from large-scale business jobs?

You can create quotes for other types of cleaning so you can generate documents for e.g. extra cleaning, thorough cleaning, private cleaning, move-out cleaning, or after-builders cleaning.

NOTE:

Please note that these types of quotes are not based on calculations in CleanCalculator. Documents are generated for the quote, but the prices quoted are entered manually.

For extra cleaning and thorough cleaning, you can assign hourly rates.

For private cleaning, move-out cleaning, and after-builders cleaning, you can assign task prices.

How to create a quote basis and generate documents for other types of cleaning

Go to Quote basis

Click on Create new quote basis

Fill in the information fields and set the Quote type to Other types of cleaning
 

Then, click on Create

Click on Continue to quote basis
 

NOTE:

It is not necessary to add rooms for this type of quote, as prices will be added manually later on in the process.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Edit master data for the quote basis

Fill in the relevant User-defined field and finish by clicking Update

  5. After-builders cleaning
