Changing who the Administrator is
How do I change which user is set to be the Administrator?
There can only be one employee with the user type Administrator in the system, but you can always change which employee you want this to be.
NOTE:
If you change the user type for an employee to administrator, this employee will then use the administrator login details to gain access to CleanManager.
Remember to change the password for the administrator account before giving the login details to the new administrator. For more information regarding this, go to: Changing the password of the administrator

How to change which employee is set to be the Administrator
In the menu, go to Employees > Employee list
Click on
to edit the current administrator. In this case, User A
to edit the current administrator. In this case, User A

Change the User type for User A to Employee or Supervisor
Finish the process by clicking on Save
Click on
to edit who you want to set up as the new administrator. In this case, User B
to edit who you want to set up as the new administrator. In this case, User B

Change the User type for User B to Administrator
Click on Save

Complete the process by clicking on Accept
(If the employee already has access to the system, their old login details will be deleted)

User B is now the new Administrator
User B can now log in to CleanManager by using the administrator login details
