Archive access for supervisors

How do I give supervisors access to archived data?

Per default, it is only possible for the administrator to access archived data.

However, it is possible to change the setting to give supervisors access to the archives as well.

The archived data is limited to the customer area, to which the supervisor is connected in the company structure. For more information regarding this, go to Company Structure.

The archives can be opened to retrieve the following information:

  • Customers
  • Employees
  • Storage
  • Service agreements

This setting gives supervisors access to archived data as well as the possibility to restore data from the archives.

To set up this setting, go to:

Setting > General settings

 

Note:

For supervisors to be able to access the archives under storage, the setting "Allow supervisors to edit inventory setup" needs to be activated in the general setting as well.
