How do I grant access to payroll export to my supervisors?
As a standard, it is only possible for administrators to export salaries to the salary system. However, it is possible to grant the supervisors access to the payroll export as well.
How to grant access to payroll export to supervisors
This setting gives the supervisors the possibility to export salaries to the salary system.
Hereafter, the button "Export hours to the payroll system" will become visible in Wage > Wage hours.
To activate this setting, go to:
Settings > General settings > Wage Calculation
Note:
Even though this setting is activated, it can happen that the button "Export hours to the payroll system" can't be clicked on.
This might be because the supervisor is not assigned to every customer area in the menu point Company structure.
This limitation is due to the fact that it should be possible to export all wage information with one payroll export, therefore the supervisor needs to have access to all data.
Therefore, go to Company structure > Customer areas in the administration account and select access for the supervisor to all the customer areas. For more information regarding this, go to Company Structure.
